Current News About the 'Fest

• $5 for General Admission (children 12 and under are free)
• $5 per 8' Tailgate space -- this price also includes one General Admission
• All Tailgating is OUTDOORS (no inside activities)
• BYOT (Bring Your Own Tables)
• Tailgating Spaces sold on First Come, First Serve basis
• Restrooms available inside the church
• No Weapons/Ammo/Pornographic materials permitted
• No alcohol or drugs permitted
• Commercial vendors responsible for following state and local laws

Things that are different this year are:

• No Advanced Registrations to Tailgaters
• No Prize Drawings
• NO FOOD CONCESSIONS ON-SITE! Many quick-stop restaurants (examples: Taco Bell, McDonald's, Roc's, Dunkin') and several more are located just minutes away from the venue, and if you take Maugans Avenue route, tey are on the way!. 

If any of the above items change, they will be reported here first, and then updated on the flyer and sent back out via email, so please check this site back often!

Volunteering for the 'Fest!

The tailgate event opens at 8AM, and closes about noon. Setup for tailgaters/other setup begins at 7AM. We currently have a TailgateFest committee, but we are always looking for ARA members (or non-members but friends of the club) who are interested in helping during the event! Reach out to the event chair, Bill Collins, or co-chair, Evan Werner by reaching them in any of the methods listed below.
